Coding Buddy 是一款由个人开发者独立开发并运营的效率工具(开发者即本政策所称的个人信息处理者,以下简称“我们”,联系方式见文末),用于在手机端查看与控制电脑上 AI 编程助手的运行状态。我们深知个人信息对你的重要性,并会按照《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等适用法律法规,采用最小必要原则收集和使用你的信息。本政策说明你在使用 Coding Buddy 移动应用、桌面应用及相关服务(以下统称“服务”)时,我们会收集哪些信息、如何使用和保护这些信息, 以及你享有的权利。

无需注册即可使用:本应用的核心功能(通过蓝牙连接你自己的电脑并查看 AI 编程任务状态)无需注册账号即可使用,此场景下你的任务数据仅在你的手机与电脑之间通过蓝牙直接传输,不经过我们的服务器。仅当你选择注册账号以使用远程同步、推送通知、会员订阅等在线功能时,我们才会收集下文所述的信息。

一、我们收集的信息

我们按功能场景收集以下信息,各场景均为实现对应功能所必需:

保存在你设备本地的信息:历史会话记录保存在你的手机本地(按账号隔离存储), 卸载应用即被删除;我们的服务器不长期保存你的会话正文。

我们不会收集你的位置信息、通讯录、相册内容(你主动选择头像的单张图片除外), 不接入任何第三方广告或数据统计 SDK,不进行跨应用追踪。

二、设备权限的申请与使用

以下系统权限均仅在你触发对应功能时申请;拒绝授权不影响其余功能的使用,你也可以随时在系统「设置」中关闭:

三、我们如何使用信息

提供、维护并改进服务的核心功能(登录、设备绑定、状态同步、审批与推送)。
处理你的会员订阅与权益。
保障账号与服务安全,预防滥用与欺诈。
在你联系我们时提供客户支持。

我们不会将你的个人信息出售给任何第三方,不会将其用于广告投放或与上述目的无关的用途。若将来需要将你的信息用于本政策未载明的其他目的,我们会事先另行征得你的同意。

四、信息的共享与第三方服务

我们仅在实现功能所必需的范围内与下列第三方共享信息:

除上述情形外,我们仅在法律法规要求、或为保护用户及公众的合法权益所必需时,才会依法提供你的信息。本应用未集成任何第三方广告、统计或社交分享 SDK。

五、信息的存储地点、期限与安全

存储地点:我们在中华人民共和国境内运营,你的个人信息存储于境内服务器。
存储期限:我们仅在你的账号存续期间及实现服务目的所必需的期间内保留你的信息。你注销账号后,我们将立即删除你的资料、解除设备绑定并使全部登录令牌失效; 法律法规要求留存的日志在法定期限届满后删除或匿名化。
安全措施:全部网络传输均使用 TLS 加密,登录令牌经哈希处理后存储, 内部访问遵循最小权限原则。如不幸发生个人信息安全事件,我们将按法律要求及时告知你并上报有关部门。

六、你的权利

查阅与更正:你可以在应用内「我的」页面查看并修改昵称、头像等资料。
撤回同意:你可以随时在系统「设置」中关闭蓝牙、相机、相册、通知等权限, 撤回不影响撤回前基于授权已进行的处理。
注销账号:你可以随时在应用内「我的 › 账号 › 注销账号」删除你的账号。注销后,我们会清除你的资料、解除设备绑定、使所有登录令牌失效,并释放你的手机号 / 邮箱以便日后重新注册。如你持有 App 内订阅,请另行在系统「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」中取消, 注销账号不会自动取消 App Store 订阅。
其他请求:你也可以通过下方联系方式请求访问、复制、更正、删除你的个人信息, 我们将在 15 个工作日内响应。

七、儿童隐私

本服务面向成年人及具备相应民事行为能力的用户,不以未满 14 周岁的儿童为服务对象, 我们不会主动收集儿童的个人信息。若我们发现误收集了儿童个人信息,将尽快删除。

八、政策的更新

我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更(如收集信息类型、使用目的的变化)将通过应用内或官网公告告知,并更新上方的“最后更新日期”;在变更生效后继续使用服务,即表示你接受更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy

Coding Buddy is a productivity tool independently developed and operated by an individual developer (the developer is the personal-information handler referred to in this policy, hereinafter “we” or “us”; contact details at the end), used to view and control the status of AI coding assistants running on your computer from your phone. We understand how important your personal information is, and we collect and use it under the principle of minimum necessity, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and other applicable laws and regulations. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have when you use the Coding Buddy mobile app, desktop app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Usable without registration: the core features of the app (connecting to your own computer over Bluetooth and viewing AI coding task status) can be used without registering an account. In this case your task data is transmitted directly between your phone and computer over Bluetooth and does not pass through our servers. We only collect the information described below when you choose to register an account to use online features such as remote sync, push notifications, and paid subscriptions.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following information by feature scenario; each is necessary to provide the corresponding feature:

Information stored locally on your device: session history is stored locally on your phone (isolated per account) and is deleted when you uninstall the app; our servers do not retain the body of your conversations long-term.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or photo library content (except the single image you actively choose as an avatar), do not integrate any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and do not perform cross-app tracking.

2. Device permissions and their use

The following system permissions are requested only when you trigger the corresponding feature; declining does not affect the use of other features, and you can turn them off at any time in system “Settings”:

3. How we use information

Provide, maintain, and improve the core features of the Service (sign-in, device binding, status sync, approvals, and push).
Process your membership subscription and benefits.
Keep accounts and the Service secure and prevent abuse and fraud.
Provide customer support when you contact us.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or for purposes unrelated to those above. If in the future we need to use your information for other purposes not stated in this policy, we will obtain your consent separately in advance.

4. Sharing and third-party services

We share information with the following third parties only to the extent necessary to provide features:

Apart from the above, we provide your information only when required by laws and regulations, or when necessary to protect the lawful rights of users and the public. This app does not integrate any third-party advertising, analytics, or social-sharing SDK.

5. Where information is stored, retention, and security

Storage location: we operate within the People’s Republic of China, and your personal information is stored on servers in China.
Retention: we retain your information only for the duration of your account and the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of the Service. After you delete your account, we immediately delete your data, unbind your devices, and invalidate all login tokens; logs that laws and regulations require us to retain are deleted or anonymized once the statutory period expires.
Security measures: all network transmission uses TLS encryption, login tokens are stored hashed, and internal access follows the principle of least privilege. In the unfortunate event of a personal-information security incident, we will notify you and report to the relevant authorities as required by law.

6. Your rights

Access and correction: you can view and modify your nickname, avatar, and other details on the “Profile” page in the app.
Withdrawing consent: you can turn off permissions such as Bluetooth, camera, photos, and notifications at any time in system “Settings”; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out based on consent before withdrawal.
Account deletion: you can delete your account at any time in the app via “Profile › Account › Delete account.” After deletion, we clear your data, unbind your devices, invalidate all login tokens, and release your phone number / email for future re-registration. If you hold an in-app subscription, please cancel it separately in “Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions”; deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
Other requests: you may also use the contact details below to request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and we will respond within 15 business days.

7. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for adults and users with appropriate legal capacity. It is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected a child’s personal information, we will delete it as soon as possible.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes (such as changes to the types of information collected or the purposes of use) will be announced in the app or on the official website, and the “Last updated” date above will be updated; continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
