欢迎使用 Coding Buddy。Coding Buddy 是一款由个人开发者独立开发并运营的效率工具
(开发者与 App Store 商店页显示一致,以下简称“我们”)。本用户协议(以下简称“本协议”)
是你与我们之间就使用 Coding Buddy 移动应用、桌面应用及相关服务(以下统称“服务”)所订立的协议。
在使用本服务前,请仔细阅读本协议。一旦你注册、登录或使用本服务,即表示你已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款。
我们如何收集和处理你的个人信息,请见《隐私政策》,它是本协议的组成部分。
一、账号
- 本服务的核心功能(通过蓝牙连接你自己的电脑并查看任务状态)无需注册账号即可使用;
远程同步、推送通知、会员订阅等在线功能需要注册账号。
- 你可通过手机号、邮箱或「通过 Apple 登录」创建账号,并对账号下的活动负责。
- 你应为具备完全民事行为能力的自然人;本服务不面向未满 14 周岁的儿童。
- 请妥善保管你的登录凭据。如发现账号被未经授权使用,请及时联系我们。
- 你可以随时在应用内「我的 › 账号 › 注销账号」注销账号;注销后账号资料将被删除,登录令牌失效。
二、使用规范
你同意不会利用本服务从事任何违法、侵权或干扰服务正常运行的行为,包括但不限于:
- 未经授权访问、攻击或破坏服务及其他用户的数据;
- 上传或传播违法、恶意或侵犯他人权利的内容;
- 对服务进行逆向工程、滥用接口或绕过安全机制;
- 将本服务用于远程控制非你本人所有或未经授权的计算机设备。
三、远程控制功能的特别说明
本服务的远程控制功能仅用于操作你自己绑定的电脑上运行的 AI 编程工具。
你通过手机发出的审批、输入、会话切换等指令,等同于你本人在该电脑上的操作,
其结果(包括对文件、代码的修改)由你自行负责。在审批 AI 编程工具的敏感操作
(如写入文件、执行命令)前,请确认你了解该操作的内容与影响。
四、第三方 AI 工具
本服务可与 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor、Gemini 等第三方 AI 编程工具配合使用,
但我们与上述工具的提供方无任何关联。这些工具的功能、产出内容、计费及数据处理
均由其各自的服务条款约束,与之相关的费用与风险由你与对应提供方解决,
我们不对第三方工具的行为或其生成内容的正确性负责。
五、会员与订阅
- 本服务提供「Pro 季卡」等付费会员,按每 3 个月自动续订。
- 订阅通过 Apple App Store 计费;实际价格、续订周期以购买时 App Store 弹窗显示为准。
- 订阅会在每个计费周期结束前 24 小时自动续订,除非你提前取消。
- 你可随时在系统「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。取消将在当前已付费周期结束后生效。
- 除适用法律或 App Store 政策另有规定外,已付费用通常不予退款。
六、知识产权
本服务及其相关软件、界面、商标和内容的知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有。
未经许可,你不得复制、修改、分发或用于商业用途。
七、服务的变更与终止
我们可能不时更新、调整或终止部分或全部服务。对于因你违反本协议而造成的账号限制或终止,
我们不承担责任。
八、免责声明与责任限制
本服务按“现状”提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对服务的不间断、无错误或满足特定用途作出担保,
亦不对因使用或无法使用服务而产生的间接损失承担责任。因蓝牙 / 网络环境、设备系统限制或
第三方服务(如 App Store、推送服务)导致的功能不可用,以及你经由远程控制功能自行审批的操作
所产生的后果,我们不承担责任。本条不排除依法不能排除的责任。
九、协议的更新
我们可能不时修订本协议。重大变更将通过应用内或官网公告告知,并更新上方的“最后更新日期”。继续使用即视为接受更新后的协议。
十、适用法律与争议解决
本协议的订立、效力、解释与争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议,
双方应首先友好协商;协商不成的,任何一方可向被告住所地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

Terms of Use

Welcome to Coding Buddy. Coding Buddy is a productivity tool independently developed and
operated by an individual developer (the developer shown on the App Store product page,
hereinafter “we” or “us”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you
and us regarding your use of the Coding Buddy mobile app, desktop app, and related services
(collectively, the “Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By registering, signing in, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.
How we collect and process your personal information is described in our
Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
1. Accounts
- The core features of the Service (connecting to your own computer over Bluetooth and
viewing task status) can be used without registering an account; online features such as
remote sync, push notifications, and paid subscriptions require an account.
- You may create an account via phone number, email, or “Sign in with Apple,” and you are
responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity; the Service is not directed to
children under the age of 14.
- Please keep your login credentials secure. If you discover unauthorized use of your
account, contact us promptly.
- You may delete your account at any time in the app via “Profile › Account › Delete
account”; after deletion your account data is removed and login tokens are invalidated.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or infringing activity, or anything that
interferes with the normal operation of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Unauthorized access to, attacks on, or damage to the Service or other users’ data;
- Uploading or distributing unlawful, malicious, or rights-infringing content;
- Reverse-engineering the Service, abusing its interfaces, or bypassing security mechanisms;
- Using the Service to remotely control computers that you do not own or are not
authorized to control.
3. Note on the remote-control feature
The remote-control feature of the Service is intended solely for operating AI coding tools
running on computers you have bound yourself. Commands you issue from your
phone — approvals, input, session switching, and the like — are equivalent to you operating
that computer in person, and you are responsible for the results (including any changes to
files or code). Before approving sensitive operations of an AI coding tool (such as writing
files or executing commands), please make sure you understand the content and impact of that
operation.
4. Third-party AI tools
The Service can be used alongside third-party AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex,
Cursor, and Gemini, but we are not affiliated with the providers of those tools. The
functionality, output, billing, and data handling of those tools are governed by their own
terms of service; any related fees and risks are to be resolved between you and the
respective provider. We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party tools or for the
correctness of the content they generate.
5. Membership and subscriptions
- The Service offers paid memberships such as the “Pro Quarterly” plan, which
auto-renews every 3 months.
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store; the actual price and renewal period
are as shown in the App Store dialog at the time of purchase.
- A subscription automatically renews 24 hours before the end of each billing period unless
you cancel beforehand.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in “Settings › Apple Account ›
Subscriptions.” Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Except as required by applicable law or App Store policy, fees already paid are generally
non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
The intellectual property rights in the Service and its related software, interfaces,
trademarks, and content belong to us or the respective rights holders. You may not copy,
modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Changes to and termination of the Service
We may update, adjust, or discontinue part or all of the Service from time to time. We are
not liable for any restriction or termination of your account resulting from your breach of
these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make
no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular
purpose, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to
use the Service. We are not responsible for feature unavailability caused by Bluetooth /
network conditions, device or system limitations, or third-party services (such as the App
Store or push services), nor for the consequences of operations you approve yourself through
the remote-control feature. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded
under applicable law.
9. Updates to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app
or on the official website, and the “Last updated” date above will be updated. Continued use
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
The formation, validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed
by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall
first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring
a lawsuit before the competent people’s court at the defendant’s domicile.
